How much does it cost to have a fence installed?
At Index Fence INC, it’s important to assess a property in person before providing an estimate. Do I need to pay a deposit?
For residential fence projects, we require a 60% deposit on all work. We collect the remaining balance on the day of completion.

Is there a warranty?
We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all wood fences and a two-year warranty on all aluminum and vinyl fence installations. As your local, reliable fence company, most of our fences are backed by lifetime manufacturer warranties. To further support our clients, we offer permit and HOA preparation services at no additional charge.

- Index Fence INC shall guarantee the quality of all labor and installation performed for 1 Year: This warranty covers any fault or failure of installation or construction associated with the Fence Installation Project. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, neglect, or acts of God. An example could be, but not limited to, warped woods due to extreme heat. We highly recommend staining your fence once it is dried, especially the pine sections (if applicable).
How long will it take to install my fence?

What do I need to build a fence?
Before our fence company can begin work, we need any necessary permits. For more information, please refer to our Permitting page. Our Index Fence Checklist will help guide you through the process of what is required for all standard jobs.
Is there a minimum-size fence?
We will complete any size job but we do have a standard fee for all jobs. Any job under 100 linear feet using wood with one gate has a standard fee of $3,800. Any additional gate will be an additional $400/gate. Chain-link, vinyl, or aluminum fences with one gate have a standard fee of $4,800. Any additional gates will be an additional $500/gate.
