Chain Link Fence Installation in North Carolina

I got my fence installed by this company a couple of years ago. Reached out last month due to the heavy windstorms caused a portion of my fence to come undone. They were able to come out and fix the fence on the day they said and address the gate that was stuck. I am continue to be satisfied with their service.

Index just completed our white vinyl privacy fence in Wendell and overall, my wife and I are very happy. Index was on par with some of the other companies we got quotes from but their price was slightly lower. Another company claimed that they were the only one in the area that used cement footers for all of their posts and that’s why their cost was higher but I watched INDEX and they used concrete for every single one and it is very sturdy. My only “negative” would be that I did not expect it to take a few days, but then again, it is a lot of fence and I’m from New Jersey where EVERYONE moves faster, lol. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Let me tell yall indexfence inc were just sooooooo grate…They were right on time and vary kind guys that came to put in my new fence.. It didn’t take as long as i thought it would and i could not be happier with our results… and my dogs just love being able to go outside and play in the backyard yard agin.. the workers did grate work and cleaned up after themselves… which was very nice because the last company that did work on our fence did not… could not recommend this place more

A few months ago, Index Fencing replaced three sides of our backyard fence and built two gates. They are all still sturdy, holding up to children climbing up on them without permission and our dog exuberantly chasing squirrels with a sudden end to her mission. Our only complaint would be the gate on a slight hill that closes up up the hill, causing a required pull to align the lock with the lock opening that our 7 year old daughter cannot manage alone, but gravity bows to no one and I'm sure was an unforeseen event.

I used Index Fence back during 2020 to install a fence in my backyard mainly to contain my 2 dogs. I was very pleased with the job they did those years ago-- particularly during the middle of the COVID pandemic-- to work with me on arriving at a design that I liked and a price that fit my budget. More recently, after Tropical Storm Debby, I had a very large pecan tree fall onto the fence (and the neighbor's fence as well!) and needed the fence repaired. Following the tree removal, Camden and his crew were great to come by and fix the fence for me-- it looks good as new and didn't take long at all. I am particularly impressed by the attention to detail that they pay to make sure everything is right and that the client is happy. Two thumbs up!

Index fencing installed my 6ft wood fence approximately 2 years ago and the gate got caught in a wind storm and wasn’t shutting correctly anymore. They came out and repaired the gate in a timely manner free of charge. I highly recommend Index fencing they stand behind their work. Smithfield

Working with Miguel is easy and always entertaining as he is a great guy and does a great job.

There was some slight miscommunication, but that was on my end and even so, they didn't charge me for redoing some of the work to my unspoken expectations. If you deviate from a general fence, just be sure to be precise in the language you use and provide lots of examples on similar terrain. These folks were great and I'd absolutely use them again.

The whole process was a great experience. Very professional and they were able to get things up quick without losing quality. Highly recommend!

We contacted several fencing companies in the triangle, and Index fence just felt the most genuine. They sent a guy out to my house within one week of calling them, and he was very knowledgeable and took his time and explained everything to us. The installers came after that And put up our 6 foot tall wooden privacy fence and just one day!!!! Money well spent!!!

I agree with several reviewers.. if I could give more stars I would. Scheduling the appointment was easy. Working with Cameron was easy. He was so patient with me with the timing of everything since there were a few HOA restrictions to figure out and get approved, etc. I was able to schedule the installation on the day and time that worked for my schedule. The crew that did the installation were efficient, easy to communicate with, and kept everything tidy. They cleaned up quickly when the job was done. The quality of the cedar fence, the style, and the solid stability is nothing like I've ever had in previous homes. The double gate is so solid and I'm sure will never sag or shift like we've had happen in previous gates. Later when we got estimates to stain our fence from several paint companies, we were advised to have several splitting boards replaced before staining, and Cameron was able to fit the repair in between jobs in a timely manner. The same crew came out, and was so efficient that after their inspection they found a few other boards that started to split that I didn't notice, and they replaced them too. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the fence. Thank you Cameron, awesome crew, and Index! P.S. After getting multiple quotes to fence in our backyard, we decided to choose Index Fence for the project. In addition to having great online reviews, their quoted price and communication were both fantastic. Jason and his team were able to complete about 600 feet of fence in 2 days and we couldn’t be happier with the result. My experience with Index Fence has been great. My sales rep, Jason, was also available whenever I need to ask a question and always provided a solution. After the installation one of my gates wasn't shutting on it's on like it was supposed to for the pool inspection and Jason took it upon himself to come out and try to fix it. While he gave it his best effort additional work needed to be done and he had his team come out the next day to correct. He told me at the beginning of the sale that their work wasn't done until I was completely satisfied. A lot of companies say that, but Jason and team really held up to those standards. I would recommend anyone needing a fence that wants a high quality product with great service before and after the installation to look no further.

Extremely smooth experience from the initial quote to the finished project. They ran with all of the hassle of permitting and HoA approvals, and the finished fence looks incredible! They took a lot of care in their craft and it shows!
