Question 1

Is there a warranty on my fence?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all wood fences and a two-year warranty on aluminum and vinyl installations. Most of our fences are also backed by lifetime manufacturer warranties. This warranty covers installation-related issues but excludes normal wear, neglect, or weather-related damage. To help preserve your fence, we recommend staining once it has dried, especially pine sections, to prevent warping and extend its life.

Question 2

Do I need a permit to install a fence?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your location and neighborhood, you may need city permits or HOA approval before starting your project. Our team handles all necessary paperwork as part of our permit assistance services, including city permit applications, HOA documentation, and 811 utility marking requests. We take care of the details so your installation process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Question 3

Can you help with HOA fencing projects?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We frequently work with homeowners' associations and new neighborhood developments to design and install fences that meet community standards. Our team collaborates closely with developers and HOA boards to align every project with the neighborhood's design and safety goals.

Question 4

Is financing available for new fences?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We proudly offer fence financing options through Acorn Finance, allowing you to start your project without large upfront costs. You can check rates instantly with no credit impact and choose from multiple loan options, typically from $1,000 to $100,000, with flexible terms and competitive fixed rates. Once approved, our team will schedule your installation right away.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, ACH transfers, cash, and approved financing through Acorn Finance. During your consultation, we'll review your preferred payment option and outline your next steps to move forward with confidence.

Question 6
